Or at least half a craft room. I’ve moved literally every piece of furniture that was in my bedroom so that I can fit in the new stuff I bought/obtained. We went to the local British Heart Foundation furniture shop which is where most of our furniture comes from. I got a really good quality ottoman (for storing bulky fabric and wadding) and a sideboard (for storing everything else) for about £50. We’re moving buildings at work and so I managed to get an enormous desk for free as well. It is currently in pieces but once I’ve assembled it we should have a very nice set up. The desk is big enough that one person can cut out fabric while another is using the sewing machine. Also, having the sewing machine set up all of the time should increase the likeliness of me working on my various projects.
